Industrial On-Line / Off-Line 20W Smart Flying CO2 Laser Printer Model SLP-C20-O (10.6um) is a long-term alternative to ink-jet printers. It has a dynamic control system which is equipped with software and hardware which tracks the fast-moving workpiece for marking on the production line without stopping. The system can be integrated with various types of production lines to carry out high-quality laser marking which is clear, effective and cannot be erased (for security). The machine can run continuously 24/7 and is maintenance-free for more than 45,000 hours, reducing production costs, using no consumables and improving production efficiency. A CO2 laser is a type of gas laser. In this device, electricity is run through a gas-filled tube, producing light. The ends of the tube are mirrors; one of which is fully reflective and the other which lets some light through. High production speed requires higher laser power. Marking material can be Paperboard, Label sticker, Glass bottles/jars, PET bottles/jars (mineral water, juice, oil, etc), Wood, Aluminum foil pouches/film roll, Painted metal (mostly are metal caps for food), etc.
